At Wellkin Hair Care Center L.L.C., we are committed to providing our clients with professional and high-quality hair and scalp care services. To ensure transparency and consistency, the following terms apply to all treatment packages and gift cards purchased at Wellkin Dubai.

1. Treatment Package Validity

All treatment packages are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Clients are responsible for scheduling and completing all sessions within the one-year validity period.

Once the package validity period has expired, any unused sessions will be considered expired and cannot be redeemed, refunded, or transferred, unless an extension has been approved by Management.

Any request for a package extension is subject to Management review and prior approval and is not automatically guaranteed.

2. Package Refund Requests

Once a treatment package has commenced and one or more sessions have been utilised, refunds are generally not provided solely due to a change of mind, personal circumstances, relocation, or the client’s decision not to continue the treatment.

All refund requests are subject to Management review and approval. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.

3. Calculation of an Approved Package Refund

If Management approves a refund for a partially used package, the sessions already completed will be recalculated based on the applicable standard single-session price of the treatment, rather than the discounted package rate.

The cost of the completed sessions will be deducted from the total amount paid. Any remaining eligible balance will be considered for refund.

The remaining balance, if any, will be refundable only after Management approval.

4. Unused Packages

Requests for refunds of completely unused packages may be submitted to Management for review.

All refunds, including refunds for unused packages, are subject to Management approval and are not automatically guaranteed.

5. Package Transfer

If a client is unable to continue their treatment, Wellkin may, at its discretion, allow the remaining sessions to be transferred to an immediate family member or another individual nominated by the client.

Any transfer must receive prior Management approval and must be requested before the package expires.

Gift Card Policy

6. Gift Card Validity

All Wellkin gift cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the gift card.

Gift cards must be redeemed within their validity period. Once expired, the gift card and any unused balance will no longer be valid and cannot be redeemed or refunded, unless otherwise approved by Management.

7. Gift Card Redemption

Wellkin gift cards are valid for treatments only and cannot be used to purchase or pay towards products.

Gift cards may be redeemed against eligible Wellkin treatments during their validity period.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase another gift card.

Any unused balance may be used towards eligible treatments during the remaining validity period of the gift card.

8. Gift Card Refunds

Gift cards are generally non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Any request for a refund of a gift card, whether partially or fully unused, may be submitted to Management for consideration.

All gift card refund requests are subject to Management review and approval. Submission of a request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.

9. Gift Card Transfer

Gift cards may be gifted or transferred to another individual.

The gift card must remain within its original validity period and cannot be extended or transferred for cash value.

10. Refund Processing

Where a refund has been approved, the refund will normally be processed using the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment-provider procedures.

Refund processing will only commence after Management has formally approved the refund request.

11. Management Approval

All refund, cancellation, transfer, extension, and exceptional requests relating to treatment packages and gift cards are subject to Management review and approval.

A request, discussion, or submission should not be considered an approval unless confirmation has been provided by Wellkin Management.

12. Final Acknowledgement

By purchasing a treatment package or gift card, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the applicable terms of this Package & Gift Card Refund Policy.
